Below are details of the terms that TG Clothing trade under.

Returns / Exchanges

• If you order the wrong size, you may return the item for exchange in a different size at no extra cost except for the postage charge.
• Returned goods will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and within two weeks of delivery.
• All special orders and made to measure are not returnable. Please ensure that all measurements sent are accurate when ordering.
• Any faulty or damaged garments must be returned within two weeks for repair or replacement. Any manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost.
• TG Clothing will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.
• If you are returning items from outside of the UK, Please ensure that you clearly mark on the customs declaration that the items contained in the package are returns to the retailer to prevent the package incurring customs charges.

Sizes And Colours

Most of our range of clothing is available in sizes XS through to XXL. Please refer to our Size Chart to help you choose the correct size of garment for you.

For special orders we would request that you send us your actual measurements; Bust/Chest, Waist, Hips and inside leg in either inches or centimetres. If you are ordering on-line, you may enter these details into the 'special instructions' area of the check out.

Delivery

All prices are exclusive of shipping and local import duties. TG Clothing delivers to every part of the world. In the UK we deliver by Royal Mail special delivery. In Europe we ship our orders via Royal Mail International Special Delivery. For International non ECC destinations and for high value orders we use Federal Express for security and speed of delivery.

For your privacy and piece of mind, all orders are securely packed and sent under plain cover. All of our garments are made to order and therefore take time to make. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

If your order is urgently required, please let us know and we will try wherever possible to treat your order with priority in the production and dispatch departments.
